Elektromontaż Rzeszów S.A. has launched services in plasma cutting and oxygen lancing.

The plasma cutting and oxygen lancing is provided with a processing system capable of:

• Plasma cutting for the processing of workpieces within a 10×2 m working area and with a maximum cutting depth of 30 mm;
• Oxygen lancing system for the processing of workpieces within a 10×2 m working area and with a maximum cutting depth of 200 mm.

The processing system operated a 3D mobile head for chamfering the edges and processing three-dimensional workpieces (including sections, pipes, channels and T-bars).
The turntable of the system enables profile cutting of pipes between 0.7 and 10 m in length (including holes, axial and non-axial cutting, and square or angled pipe end trimming) and between 50 and 400 mm in diameter.

Elektromontaż Rzeszów S.A. also provides services in bending of sheets up to 20 mm thick on a 12-metre, 1200-ton bending brake.
